Key Responsibilities
- Work Order Preparation:
- Direct and coordinate the preparation of work order packages.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure all resource requirements are estimated accurately.
- Project Planning:
- Prepare and oversee work programs for repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance, plant shutdowns, and turnarounds.
- Plan necessary resources and infrastructure to ensure timely availability.
- Execution and Monitoring:
- Monitor the execution and progress of projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently.
- Estimate resources required for ongoing and future projects.
- Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports to track project progress and resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Entry-level; relevant internships or academic projects are a plus.
