Job Description

  • Focus primarily on customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline that accurately reflects the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions to existing clients.
  • Stay informed about current IT market trends and competitor activities to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 5 or more years as an IT Sales Account Manager in hardware and software products in Kuwait.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of marketing and negotiation skills.
  • A proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the IT services sector.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to deliver results.
  • Quick learner and passionate about sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and clients.
