Apex Kuwait is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role. Responsibilities
- Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and other financial tasks.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Foster a positive office environment and assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
