Apex Kuwait is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role. Responsibilities

  • Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and other financial tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Foster a positive office environment and assist in managing office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
