Al Mutawa Group of Companies is seeking skilled and experienced candidates for the following positions:
- Heavy Mechanic (5 positions available)
- Auto Electrician (Heavy Vehicle) (5 positions available)
These roles are essential for maintaining and servicing our fleet of heavy vehicles. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply and become a part of our reputable service team.
Key Responsibilities
Heavy Mechanic:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, and construction equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake system checks, and engine tune-ups.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs, replacements, or adjustments.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize fleet performance and minimize vehicle downtime.
Auto Electrician (Heavy Vehicle):
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems in heavy vehicles, including wiring, lighting, alternators, and starters.
- Work with electronic control units (ECUs), sensors, and vehicle diagnostics equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Install and maintain electrical components, including air conditioning systems, batteries, and security systems.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure electrical systems are working efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure the electrical system is functioning properly with the mechanical components.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Heavy Mechanic or Auto Electrician, specifically with heavy vehicles (trucks, buses, heavy equipment).
- Education: Relevant technical or vocational certification in auto mechanics or vehicle electrics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with KIA & BOSCH service protocols is a plus.
