Responsibilities
- Handle all governmental and legal documentation and procedures related to the construction industry.
- Complete residence formalities for employees, including medical checkups, fingerprints, and medical insurance.
- Liaise with government offices to ensure timely processing of all documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee residency and permits.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to governmental processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years of experience as a Mandoob or in a similar role.
- Must be a resident of Kuwait with a transferable Article 18 visa.
- Strong knowledge of governmental and legal procedures related to the construction sector.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with government websites and email correspondence.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
