We are hiring a Cafe Supervisor to join our team at the International Group of Aamina. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe and providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage and train cafe staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports on cafe performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Nationality: Asian
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in restaurants or cafes.
- Valid Article 18 Normal visa.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
