We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Supervisor to join our team at the International Group of Aamina. This role is vital for enhancing staff performance across our outlets in the F&B sector.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop staff across multiple outlets to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Design and manage training programs tailored to the needs of different teams and locations.
- Conduct regular visits to outlets to monitor staff development and provide ongoing support.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement solutions.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages professional growth.
Requirements
- Nationality: Asian
- Proven experience in a similar role within the F&B sector is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or supervision.
- Valid Article 18 Normal visa.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
