About the Role
As a Global Payroll Analyst, you will oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries and regions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. You will collaborate with various teams, engage with third-party payroll vendors, and provide insights to drive strategic recommendations within the Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Operations: Manage payroll for multiple countries, ensuring salary calculations, deductions, and contributions are accurate and timely.
- Compliance: Stay updated on global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with local payroll teams, external providers, and HR to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
- Data Management: Validate payroll inputs for accuracy and maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement payroll policies and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Year-End Processes: Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting and compliance filings.
- Complex Scenarios: Handle international assignments, expatriate payroll, and cross-border payments.
- System Enhancements: Implement payroll system improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Audits: Conduct periodic payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Training: Develop and deliver payroll training programs for HR and finance teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience as an International Payroll Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; attention to detail; and proficiency in payroll software.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing payroll requirements across different regions.
