TransPerfect is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to ensure the operational success of our organization. This role is vital in fostering seamless collaboration among teams, driving process development, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of programs. As a Program Manager, you will track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at a program-wide level, playing a crucial role in maintaining TransPerfect’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate various projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
- Financial Management: Own the financial health of your programs, collaborating with the Production Director and Senior Management to enhance processes and improve productivity and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Establish operational benchmarks and resources necessary to achieve strategic goals while proactively recommending and implementing improvements.
- Performance Reporting: Take ownership of program-level performance reporting, analyzing internal dashboards, and monitoring client KPI analysis.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and that service expectations are met or exceeded.
- Strategic Support: Support strategic planning and implementation initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and profitability.
- Team Engagement: Work with internal teams to design and implement new initiatives for process improvement and promote information sharing across divisions.
- Relationship Management: Establish and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring trust in program services.
- Project Escalation: Act as an escalation point for individual projects and the overall program, resolving issues effectively.

- Technology Proficiency: Established competency in business applications, including Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace.
Education and Experience
- Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Industry Experience: AI/Program Management industry experience, particularly managing AI and Machine Learning data-related projects.
- Project Management: 5+ years of relevant program/project finance management experience with a track record of end-to-end project management success.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and supervising teams.
- Language Proficiency: Business English proficiency is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification: PMI certification or equivalent preferred.
- Multinational Experience: Experience in a multicultural virtual working environment.
- Support Systems: Proficiency in working with support ticketing systems.
- Cross-Functional Work: Experience in a cross-functional or matrix organization is advantageous.
- Additional Languages: Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
