Responsibilities
As a Derma Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Performing dermatology procedures and laser treatments independently without supervision.
- Assisting in various skin care treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Educating patients about aftercare and ongoing skincare regimens.
- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions before, during, and after treatments.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations in the clinic.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and reporting treatment results to supervising medical staff.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
For nurses with less experience, the responsibilities will include assisting in dermatology procedures, with the potential to learn and gradually handle treatments independently.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A valid nursing license in Kuwait.
- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) ready (please note that candidates without NOC will not be considered).
- Experience:
- For experienced nurses: Must be able to perform dermatology laser procedures and other treatments independently.
- For less experienced nurses: A willingness to learn and eventually perform treatments on their own.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating dermatology equipment, especially laser devices, and performing aesthetic skin treatments.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary:
- 600 KWD for experienced nurses capable of handling dermatology procedures independently.
- 450-550 KWD for nurses with less experience, willing to learn and develop skills in dermatology.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
- Day Off: Fridays off.
- Location: Salmiya branch.
- Residency Transfer: Immediate transfer required.
- No Overtime or additional allowances.
