An established Educational Company in Kuwait is looking to hire a Purchase Coordinator. This role is ideal for female candidates who have prior experience in procurement and purchasing. The Purchase Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring that all materials and supplies are ordered and delivered on time. Responsibilities

As a Purchase Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the purchasing of materials and supplies needed for the company’s operations.
  • Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating prices to ensure the best value.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of materials and products to meet the company’s needs.
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs.
  • Maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other important data for audit and tracking purposes.
  • Resolving issues with suppliers regarding delayed or incorrect deliveries.
  • Monitoring stock levels and replenishing inventory as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in purchasing or procurement roles is required.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills to track orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel, and familiarity with procurement software.
