This full-time position involves working in the warehouse to ensure that operations run smoothly, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Responsibilities
As a Warehouseman, your key duties will include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments of goods and materials.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, including tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Organizing and maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and efficient manner.
- Preparing and dispatching orders as needed, ensuring that the right products are delivered to the correct locations on time.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move and store items safely.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Conducting regular inventory audits and reporting results to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations.
- Residency: Must have a valid transferable residency in Kuwait.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic computer skills (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
