We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Gym Trainer to join our team immediately. Responsibilities
As a Gym Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and instructing group fitness classes including Spinning, Zumba, HIIT, Dance, Aqua, CrossFit, Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates, MMA, Swimming, and Squash.
- Designing and implementing fitness programs tailored to individual and group needs.
- Monitoring clients’ progress and providing guidance on fitness techniques and strategies.
- Maintaining a safe and motivating workout environment.
- Engaging with clients to provide encouragement, support, and advice on fitness-related issues.
- Keeping abreast of fitness trends and best practices to enhance training sessions.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the gym and equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in group fitness training.
- Nationality: Candidates from European, American, Latin American, South African, and Middle Eastern (Lebanese) backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fitness and exercise techniques.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
