Responsibilities

As a Hairstylist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Haircuts and Styling: Perform a variety of haircuts and hairstyling services tailored to client preferences and current trends.
• Coloring and Treatments: Apply hair color, highlights, and chemical treatments, ensuring the health and safety of clients’ hair.
• Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the salon.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the salon is clean and organized, following hygiene and safety protocols. (Discuss during the interview.)

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in all types of haircuts, hairstyling, and coloring techniques.
  • Decent command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and interact positively with clients.
• Other Requirements:
  • Certification from a recognized cosmetology school is preferred but not mandatory.
