Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Sales and Marketing: Implement promotional activities and strategies to enhance the restaurant’s visibility and customer base. (Discuss during the interview.)
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is preferred.
