We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in tendering, specifically within the Oil and Gas sector in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful engagements with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC).
Responsibilities
As a Sales Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Sourcing: Execute and manage sales, sourcing, and logistics activities for materials on behalf of the company.
- Tender Management: Prepare and submit tenders for various projects, ensuring compliance with KOC and KNPC requirements.
- Supplier Evaluation: Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers to assess their capabilities and quality standards.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions to ensure favorable agreements.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and competitiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials and services to clients while achieving savings for the company.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in the Oil and Gas sector with a focus on tendering, specifically with KOC and KNPC.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Location: Candidates must be available to work in Ahmadi, Kuwait.
