We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Farwaniya, Kuwait. This position is exclusively for female candidates and plays a crucial role in maintaining office records, managing HR functions, and ensuring efficient administrative processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Record Maintenance: Maintain and organize office records, ensuring all documents are up to date.
- Database Management: Update and manage HR databases and employee records accurately.
- Payroll Management: Handle payroll data and ensure timely processing of employee salaries.
- Recruitment Support: Publish job advertisements, schedule interviews, and coordinate recruitment activities.
- HR Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports and provide insights to management as needed.
- Procurement Assistance: Assist in procurement-related tasks, ensuring timely acquisition of necessary office supplies.
- MS Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Office applications (Word & Excel) to create documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Must be a graduate in a relevant field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
- Visa Status: Candidates must hold a transferable visa (18 or 22).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
