Sales Representative (Male) – Aspire Web Client

Aspire Web Client is actively seeking a motivated and dynamic Male Sales Representative to promote our digital solutions, including surveillance cameras and attendance systems. This role is critical to our market expansion, particularly targeting sectors like clinics, schools, nurseries, and sports clubs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales and be able to manage government contracts. Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, your key duties will include:

  • Presenting and promoting our digital solutions, such as surveillance cameras and attendance systems, to a diverse range of clients including clinics, schools, nurseries, and sports clubs.
  • Preparing, presenting, and negotiating government contracts with relevant entities.
  • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets to drive company growth.
  • Providing valuable feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
  • Participating in team meetings and reporting on sales progress regularly.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 7 months to 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a preference for experience in selling digital solutions.
    • Prior experience in handling government contracts is highly desired.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales, promotional, and marketing skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • A team player who can also work effectively in an independent role.
