Key Responsibilities

As an ELV Sales Engineer, your primary duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients in various sectors, including small businesses and large corporate entities.
  • Presenting and promoting our range of low voltage systems, including IP Telephony, Unified Communications, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, UPS, and more.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Preparing and submitting technical proposals, tenders, and documentation for ministry approvals.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (must be approved by the Kuwait Society of Engineers).
  • Experience:
    • Strong technical background with a focus on sales in the telephony or low voltage systems sector.
    • Proven experience working with ministry tenders, submittals, and approvals.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
