We are looking for an experienced and organized Fleet Supervisor to join our team at Al Takatuf Delivery. As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations, and managing driver performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics effectively. Candidates must be ready to transfer their visa to our company.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the performance of drivers, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on fleet activities, driver performance, and operational issues.
- Communicate with drivers regarding their schedules, performance issues, and company policies.
- Collect cash from drivers based on daily sales and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in maintaining the fleet by coordinating routine maintenance and repairs.
- Manage logistics to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any transportation issues.
- Communicate effectively through email and maintain records using Excel.
- Ensure that all vehicles and drivers comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in fleet or delivery operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email communication.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills for managing driver relationships.
- Must be willing to transfer visa to our company.
