Salesperson (Jewelry)

A leading jewelry company in Kuwait City is looking for a motivated and personable Salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and sales, especially in the luxury goods sector. As a Salesperson, you will be working in a high-end gold field, helping clients select and purchase exquisite jewelry pieces.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting jewelry, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service
• Process sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and maintaining records
• Keep the showroom organized, clean, and presentable
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, including gemstones, metals, and designs
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Basic administrative duties, including inventory checks and stock management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge for managing sales records and inventory
• Experience in sales, particularly in the jewelry or luxury goods industry, is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Visa-18 transferable (mandatory)
