Front Desk / Sales Associate (Female)

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly and with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide security and control at the front desk, managing guest registrations and check-ins.
• Address and follow up on telephone inquiries and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Direct guests to fitness consultants and manage appointment scheduling.
• Handle retail and concession sales, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, cleaning and upkeeping as necessary.
• Log maintenance concerns and report incidents to management for resolution.
• Follow proper opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Attend staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Age: Maximum 35 years.
• Nationality Preference: Kuwaiti or Arab nationalities.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of 320 – 400 KWD, depending on experience.
• Monthly commission based on yearly commission structure and monthly sales targets.
