Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic cables and related equipment.
- Perform jointing and splicing of fiber optic cables with precision.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of fiber optic connections to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installation projects within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installation and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in telecommunications or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Fiber Technician or Cable Jointer.
- Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic technology and cable jointing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
