A reputable FMCG company based in Al-Rai, Kuwait, is seeking an energetic and motivated Salesman to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales, ensuring product visibility, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. As this is a field-based role, applicants must possess a car and be willing to travel locally. Being bilingual is highly preferred to better serve a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product sales by visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and other sales points.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Ensure that products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and marketed.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team for timely product replenishment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the management team.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in FMCG sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be self-motivated, with a focus on achieving results.
