Tathkarah is a leading online platform dedicated to simplifying flight bookings for travelers, while our partner, Pet Point, offers a variety of premium pet care services, including veterinary care and grooming for pet lovers in Kuwait. We are looking for a highly skilled Digital & CRM Manager to enhance our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of both brands. This role requires a strategic and analytical professional to manage and optimize all aspects of our digital marketing and CRM activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and oversee CRM flows to enhance customer journeys and engagement.
- Customer Segmentation: Handle customer segmentation and set up automated workflows for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, marketing specialists, and social media experts to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Performance Insights: Analyze digital marketing performance and CRM data, providing actionable insights and reports to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve customer retention.
- Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure all marketing campaigns align with business objectives and address customer needs.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and CRM technologies to implement innovative strategies.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing and CRM management, with demonstrated success in running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Segmentation and Automation: Proficient in customer segmentation and creating automation workflows.
- E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-commerce applications is a plus.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
