Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple store branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving operational efficiency.

Inventory and Stock Control

  • Manage inventory levels across all branches.
  • Ensure timely replenishment and track stock movements.
  • Optimize product distribution between locations to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Budgeting and Expense Management

  • Collaborate with each branch to manage budgets effectively.
  • Control costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor operational expenses to ensure they remain within approved limits.

Compliance and Audits

  • Conduct regular audits of each store branch to ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and safety regulations.

Sales Strategy Implementation

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement company-wide promotions and initiatives.
  • Ensure branches align with marketing goals and sales strategies.

Technology and System Management

  • Oversee the use of store management software.
  • Ensure staff are trained in its proper use and troubleshoot any system issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Indian nationals only).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in store administration or operations management.
  • License: Valid Kuwait driver’s license.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.
