Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Sales and Reservations:
- Process ticket sales and reservations through multiple channels (online, phone, in-person).
- Assist customers in booking tickets and provide information regarding availability, pricing, and schedules.
- Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and booking details.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to inquiries regarding ticketing issues, events, travel itineraries, or venue information.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with event organizers, travel agents, and venue managers to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
- Communicate any changes, cancellations, or updates to customers promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and other departments.
- System Management:
- Operate ticketing software and systems efficiently.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ticketing systems and report to the IT department as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on ticket sales, customer inquiries, and relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist in financial reports and reconciliations related to ticketing.
- Promotional Activities:
- Support promotional activities and campaigns to boost ticket sales.

Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience:

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ticketing software and systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Working Conditions
