We are currently seeking a skilled Articulate Storyline Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline software, with the goal of promoting knowledge retention and enhancing learner engagement.

Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and create blueprints for e-learning modules.
- Design & Development: Create interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, focusing on layouts, user interfaces, interactions, animations, and assessments.
- Content Creation: Develop visually appealing multimedia content, including graphics, images, audio, and video, to enhance the learning experience.
- Instructional Strategies: Apply instructional strategies and adult learning principles to design effective e-learning experiences.
- Advanced Features: Utilize Articulate Storyline’s features (triggers, variables, states, and branching scenarios) to create interactive and adaptive learning experiences.
- Testing & Debugging: Ensure proper functionality, usability, and compatibility of e-learning modules across various devices and platforms.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to review feedback, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to the modules.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on e-learning technologies, instructional design, and user experience trends to enhance module quality.
- Guidance: Provide support to instructional designers and content developers regarding Articulate Storyline best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including design specifications, development guidelines, and version control.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline.
- Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including advanced features and functionalities.
- Experience with multimedia development tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for customization of e-learning modules.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
