Senior Front End Developer (Enterprise CMS Experience)

Myriad Genetics, a leader in genetic testing and precision medicine, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with extensive Enterprise CMS experience to join our Digital Marketing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be tasked with consolidating our web properties to enhance user experience, strengthen our digital presence, and improve SEO performance. As part of a team, you’ll develop strategies and implement a cohesive technical approach to support our mission of advancing health and empowering individuals with vital genetic insights.

Responsibilities

• Web Property Consolidation: Analyze the current web domain structure (currently built on WordPress) and develop a technical strategy to consolidate multiple URLs under one primary domain (myriad.com). Additional domains include myriadwomenshealth.com and myriad-oncology.com, among others.
• Technical Strategy Development: Collaborate with the development team to assess project requirements and define a technical implementation roadmap that ensures a smooth transition of disparate domains to the main domain.
• Domain Strategy Execution: Actively participate in the hands-on development and implementation of the new domain strategy.
• Collaboration & Project Management: Work alongside other developers, coordinating efforts to establish the best technical approaches, technology stack, and strategies for successful project delivery.

Key Deliverables

• Conduct a full assessment of the current domain architecture and technology stack.
• Develop a technical strategy and roadmap for consolidating various domains under one umbrella site.
• Implement the roadmap with your team, ensuring a seamless user experience and improved search engine visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer working on enterprise-level projects.
  • Strong Enterprise CMS experience with knowledge of the CMS vendor landscape and SFMC integration (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in frontend development using modern frameworks and technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level CMS (such as WordPress, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Experience working on web development projects with an emphasis on performance, SEO, and scalability.
• Soft Skills:
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • A strong team player who thrives on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, thoroughly tested solutions.
