Storekeeper (Full-Time)

A leading Oil and Gas Company in Ahmadi, Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified Storekeeper to join their team. Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, regularly updating stock quantities and ensuring sufficient supply of materials and equipment.
• Stock Handling: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring all goods are properly documented and stored.
• Quality Control: Ensure all materials are of appropriate quality and are handled according to safety and company standards.
• Order Processing: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of stock, minimizing any delays in project schedules.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storage environment, ensuring easy access to items when needed.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of stock movements, updating inventory software and ensuring all documents are properly filed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies, ensuring safe handling and storage of all materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a storekeeping or warehouse management role, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large inventories. Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in stock management and record-keeping.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for coordinating with teams and preparing reports.
• Visa Status: Candidates must hold a transferable visa and be available to join immediately.
