We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage operations in Kuwait, specifically with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). In this role, you’ll ensure seamless job execution, contract adherence, and timely cash collection, all while delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure smooth execution of jobs by coordinating across organizational boundaries and meeting customer expectations and contract terms.
- Health & Safety: Uphold personnel and environmental safety by following strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Process Adherence: Fully understand and capitalize on assigned contracts/quotes, managing all job activities as per outlined guidelines (MTJC).
- Resource Management: Schedule and dispatch resources based on job requirements.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships to ensure successful business outcomes.
- MOC & Escalation: Follow proper escalation protocols to mitigate risks related to job execution, such as client requests that deviate from product specifications.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly escalate any issues that may affect service delivery and ensure timely invoice issuance aligned with contracts/quotes to avoid revenue leakage.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of Field Reports to ensure job success.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell within existing contracts.
- Key Customer Management: Maintain and strengthen customer relationships with KOC to ensure long-term business success.
- HSE Culture: Drive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture improvements across operations.
- Billing & Collections: Improve billing and cash collection processes for better financial performance.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree in Chemistry or Science with Chemistry as a core subject.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years in Drilling & Completion Fluids (DCF) field operations, including 3 years in High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) environments.
- At least 2 years of experience in field operations coordination.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical issues methodically.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Field Experience: Ability to work in drill sites and remote locations.
