Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, including Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with key accounts, and pursue sales leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute impactful sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
