Millennium Central Kuwait Downtown Hotel is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development: Plan, develop, and execute effective marketing strategies that align with the hotel’s business goals.
- Social Media Management: Manage the hotel’s social media channels by creating engaging content, monitoring activity, and responding to guest interactions.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of high-quality marketing content, including writing, editing, and designing promotional materials.
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify opportunities for growth and increased visibility.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events aimed at increasing guest engagement and loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as sales and operations) and external partners (including vendors and agencies) to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, and in-person communications.
- Partnerships & Promotions: Collaborate with external partners and vendors to maximize promotional opportunities and enhance the hotel’s visibility.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated on the latest hotel marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Operate in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, adhering to the hotel’s environmental, health, and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation is preferred, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
