Henny Penny, a global leader in commercial food equipment, is seeking a Director Divisional Sales – EMEA to lead our regional sales team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across the EMEA region, aligning divisional goals with company objectives, and managing a high-performance sales team. This remote position will be based in the EMEA region and requires the ability to navigate diverse business environments and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed annual sales goals and control expenses to meet business objectives.
- Develop long- and short-term sales strategies and communicate them across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and accounts, ensuring revenue growth.
- Identify and counteract competitive threats within the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to optimize resource utilization.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to meet market demands, including product expertise, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Recruit, retain, and motivate top sales talent, fostering a high-performance team.
- Provide leadership that aligns with Henny Penny’s core values, ensuring team alignment with company objectives.
- Define measurable performance expectations for all sales roles and conduct regular evaluations.
- Enforce the use of required sales tools, processes, and systems.
- Travel up to 40% of the time across the EMEA region to manage key accounts and oversee team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of proven successful sales experience, preferably in the food service equipment industry.
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and forecasting skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities, with executive-level skills.
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external networks to drive sales success.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
