Job Overview
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing algorithms that optimize pricing strategies for our customers. You will analyze large datasets, prototype models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of AI-powered pricing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large-scale retail data to derive actionable insights that inform pricing strategies.
• Develop, prototype, and fine-tune algorithms for pricing optimization and demand forecasting.
• Monitor, test, and iterate on algorithm performance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Actively participate in product development by collaborating with UX/UI teams, software engineers, and product managers.
• Communicate algorithmic solutions and insights to business stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Engage with end users during discovery calls to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data science, pricing optimization, and machine learning.
• Take ownership of key features within the pricing solution, from conception to deployment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or related field.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with scientific toolkits such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Expertise in Time Series Forecasting and experience with statistical testing methodologies, including A/B testing.
• Knowledge of Bayesian Models, Reinforcement Learning Models, or Causal Models.
• Experience working with tabular and multimodal data (combining data from text, images, or audio).
• Strong mathematical background, preferably in a Computer Science-related field.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
