Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into responsive web applications.
- Development: Architect and implement efficient, reusable front-end components using React.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards.
- Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve front-end performance and usability issues.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and React.js.
- Extensive experience with HTML5 and CSS3, including CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux or Mobx.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Solid grasp of browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first development principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
