Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to assess recruitment needs and craft compelling job postings.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using social media platforms and other innovative tools to attract the best talent.
  • Proactively scout and engage with top talent on platforms like LinkedIn, conducting outreach to both active and passive candidates.
  • Review and screen applications, conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage and facilitate the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR agencies to bring in top-tier candidates when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience is required.
  • Proficiency in various sourcing methods, with a strong ability to identify and engage both passive and active candidates.
  • A solid technical knowledge base to effectively screen and assess candidates in technical roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for the gaming and/or Web3 industry is a significant plus, as it aligns with the company’s goals and culture.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
