Skillspark is seeking an experienced SAP PMO Consultant to join our team in Kuwait on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project management processes and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring all project milestones are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management, including tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on project risks and issues.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocations, collaborating with project managers and finance teams to ensure accurate tracking of project costs.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to project managers, helping them effectively manage their projects and offering coaching and mentoring as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a PMO with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- SAP Expertise: Experience working on at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of project metrics and KPIs, with experience in reporting and tracking project progress.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and patterns.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with project managers, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with a knack for motivating and inspiring teams to achieve their goals.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or similar.
