Job Introduction
We are seeking a Credit Officer to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, evaluating their financial documentation, and making informed decisions on loan approvals. Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Meet with clients interested in obtaining loans and provide them with the necessary information to initiate the application process.
- Documentation Collection: Gather required financial documents and assess clients’ creditworthiness.
- Risk Assessment: Calculate and analyze risk ratios based on clients’ credit scores and financial histories.
- Loan Approval: Approve or deny loan requests and communicate decisions clearly to clients and management.
- Payment Planning: Set up payment plans for clients, explaining monthly installment amounts, interest rates, and any other associated costs.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a finance-related role is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
