We are seeking a talented Instructional Design E-Learning Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in creating engaging e-learning experiences using Articulate Storyline to support learners in their journey toward mastery.

Responsibilities:

• E-Learning Development: Design and develop interactive e-learning modules and courses using Articulate Storyline, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
• Collaboration with SMEs: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to analyze training needs, define learning objectives, and create impactful learning solutions.
• Instructional Design Principles: Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learner-centric experiences.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Develop multimedia-rich content, including simulations, quizzes, and scenarios, to enhance engagement and learning retention.
• Compliance Standards: Ensure all e-learning content adheres to SCORM or xAPI standards for seamless integration into Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• User Experience Design: Design visually appealing course layouts, focusing on ease of navigation and optimal user experience.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Test, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in developed e-learning content to ensure functionality.
• Post-Launch Evaluation: Conduct evaluations of learning materials post-launch to identify areas for improvement based on learner feedback and performance data.
• Stay Current: Remain updated on the latest e-learning trends and tools, continuously improving the design and development process.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality e-learning solutions on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development, specifically with Articulate Storyline.
• Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in Articulate Storyline, with a strong portfolio showcasing developed courses.
• Familiarity with Tools: Knowledge of other e-learning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or similar is a plus.
• Instructional Design Models: Solid understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning best practices.
• Visual Design Skills: Strong visual design skills with the ability to create user-friendly and engaging learning experiences.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Multimedia Tools Experience: Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) is advantageous.
• Basic Coding Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript for e-learning customization is a plus.
• Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment is beneficial.
