Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Development: Engage in hands-on coding and product development, gaining deep insights into the codebase and technology stack.
• Web Application Development: Create and develop new web applications that enhance our AI-powered platform.
• Back-End Component Definition: Define and implement back-end components to ensure robust performance and reliability.
• Problem Recognition and Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot problems, ensuring efficient and effective solutions are implemented.
• Application Integration: Integrate applications with various web servers to enhance functionality and performance.
• User-Facing Segments: Implement user-facing features that deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

Your Qualifications: Must-Haves:

• Experience: Over 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, and Redis, with experience in high-volume customer infrastructure projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
