Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Kuwait City, Al Asimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions and supporting our employees through effective HR practices. You will play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback, to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
  • HR Administration: Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, benefits administration, and reporting.
  • Organizational Support: Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with business goals and improve overall employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in performance management and HR administration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.
