We are hiring experienced Quantitative Developers for our employer partner, a leading global investment management fund based in London, United Kingdom. As a Quantitative Developer, you will work closely with Quantitative Researchers, tackling various challenges that involve implementing new trading strategies and developing cutting-edge tools.
Role Overview
In this position, you will:
- Collaborate with Quantitative Researchers to implement new trading strategies.
- Build new research frameworks and quant libraries.
- Prototype new data feeds and develop portfolio construction techniques.
- Create risk analysis tools tailored to investment strategies.
Note: This role is on-site with our employer partner in London, United Kingdom.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge in Python.
- Experience in signal research implementation.
- Relevant mathematical knowledge (statistics, asset pricing theory, optimization algorithms).
- Solid understanding of portfolio optimization and risk-leveraging workflows.
- Experience with algorithm engineering, trade automation, and order generation.
- Proficiency on Linux platforms and knowledge of various scripting languages.
- Strong knowledge of relevant database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with open-source frameworks and development tools (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Pyramid, AngularJS, React).
- Understanding of various programming styles (OO, functional) and design patterns.

- Strong academic record with a degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics) from a leading university.
