Responsibilities
- Supervise Operations: Oversee daily operations within the production facility to achieve higher output and efficiency.
- Training and Development: Organize training sessions and educational materials for the production team to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and professional standards throughout the production process.
- Task Management: Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication between team members and senior management to ensure clarity of procedures and policies.
- Resource Management: Oversee the flow of raw materials and resources necessary for production.
- Technical Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment to optimize production processes.
- Data Analysis: Apply IT skills, especially in data analysis software, to monitor production metrics.
- Problem Solving: Identify issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
- Reporting: Write and maintain accurate production reports.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must possess a transferable Visa Article 18.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Education: Relevant training or certification in industrial production, engineering, or a related field.
- Age: Candidates must be below 35 years old.
- Nationality: Preferred candidates are Indian nationals.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
- Capable of writing reports legibly and accurately.
