Sales Coordinator – Tires Division

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Sales Coordinator to support our field sales team in the Tires Division. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth processing of orders, generating invoices, and coordinating deliveries. Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing:
    • Receive and review orders from the field sales team through various channels, including phone, email, and messages.
    • Accurately enter sales orders into the company’s order processing system.
  2. Invoicing:
    • Generate invoices for processed orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details, and adherence to purchase orders.
    • Dispatch invoices to customers through their preferred communication channels.
  3. Delivery Coordination:
    • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule and track deliveries.
    • Ensure that products are dispatched according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
  4. Acknowledgment and Documentation:
    • Receive and record signed acknowledgments of invoices from customers.
    • Maintain organized records of customer acknowledgments and signed invoices.
  5. Customer Account Management:
    • Compile and maintain statements of outstanding invoices for each customer.
    • Initiate balance confirmations with customers and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  6. Discrepancy Resolution:
    • Retrieve and cross-reference old invoices or records when discrepancies arise in customer accounts.
    • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to address and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  7. Billing Limit Management:
    • Check available billing limits for customers and reconfirm with them.
    • Coordinate with Accounts Receivable (AR) teams for opening or enhancing billing limits as needed.
  8. Stock Coordination:
    • Monitor stock availability at different branch locations and direct fitments to branches with the required stock.
    • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient stock movement.

Requirements:

  • Valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
  • Air Ticket Voucher for self once every two years.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
