Responsibilities

  • Sponsorship Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract a diverse range of sponsors and exhibitors within the blockchain industry.
  • Exhibition Design: Design tailored exhibition spaces and booth solutions that meet the unique needs of exhibitors.
  • Research & Identify Opportunities: Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organizations, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop compelling, customized sponsorship proposals that highlight benefits such as brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Execution of Agreements: Oversee the seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Industry Representation: Represent VAP Group at industry events and conferences to foster relationships with potential sponsors and partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling, with a strong background in international Crypto/Blockchain exhibitions and conferences.
  • Target Achievement: Proven track record of working towards high-revenue targets in the global market.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a notable advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a strong commitment to achieving results, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
