As a Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll lead our F&B team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving business success. Responsibilities:

  • Provide positive leadership to the entire Food & Beverage Department, ensuring recruitment, training, motivation, and staff recognition are aligned with promoting productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Act as a proactive member of the hotel’s management team, fostering communication, cooperation, and teamwork among all staff.
  • Commit to delivering personal guest service excellence and ensure guest and colleague concerns are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Analyze industry trends and competition to develop new and innovative products and services for food and beverage offerings.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of all F&B team members, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Develop and update job descriptions, training manuals, and operational systems for all positions within the department.
  • Foster a strong team culture through consistent leadership, operations planning, and succession planning.
  • Coach and mentor team members, encouraging them to exceed guest expectations and supporting their career development.
  • Set and monitor goals, action plans, and performance metrics related to Colleague Engagement, Guest Satisfaction, and Financial results.

Operational Duties:

  • Ensure all quality standards and operational procedures are implemented consistently across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to provide professional development opportunities for the F&B management team.
  • Uphold high standards of professional conduct and ethics in all interactions with colleagues, customers, vendors, and the community.
  • Create and execute programs to drive revenue in F&B outlets, including special events and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage social media content to increase awareness, reputation, and revenue for F&B programming.
  • Participate in the budget process and ensure optimal staffing in F&B outlets based on business volumes.
  • Review and update menus for F&B outlets and room service, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-4 years of F&B management experience in 5-star hotels.
  • Service-focused personality with previous leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and networking skills; able to lead by example and foster a strong team culture.
  • Knowledge of in-room dining, serving, and bartending is an asset.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Effective people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
