We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage Kuwait operations with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). In this role, you will play a key part in maximizing revenue, profit, and cash flow by ensuring flawless execution of services, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection.
Responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure flawless execution aligned with customer expectations and contract terms.
- Ensuring the health and safety of personnel and environmental protection.
- Managing and scheduling resources based on job requirements to ensure on-time service delivery.
- Acting as the primary client contact for job preparation, execution, and closure, managing the relationship to drive business success.
- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Handling escalations related to job execution and operational issues to ensure objectives are met.
- Leading a team of Field Reports and driving performance improvements, particularly in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture.
- Ensuring accurate billing and timely cash collection to avoid revenue leakage.
- Upselling within existing contracts to enhance business value with KOC.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Chemistry or Science, with Chemistry as one of the core subjects.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in Drilling & Completion Fluids (DCF) field operations, including 3 years in a high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) environment.
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating field operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to resolving complex customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work at drill sites and remote locations.
