Responsibilities

As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, your main duties will include:

  • Managing and organizing electronic files and documents to ensure efficient access and storage.
  • Answering and routing phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as managing team calendars to ensure smooth coordination.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn other software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and minimal need for supervision.
