We are seeking a dynamic and driven Store Manager to lead our lululemon store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered consistently. Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently, coaching and mentoring the store team to enhance service delivery.
  • Team Development: Assess team performance regularly and provide training to strengthen skills and improve performance.
  • Sales and KPI Management: Drive sales and profitability by achieving set KPIs such as net sales, footfall conversion, shrinkage, and stock turnover. Develop innovative strategies to attract new customers and expand store traffic.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze store performance and identify causes of underperformance. Implement action plans and provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning teams.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure compliance with visual merchandising (VM) standards. Train the team to maintain and understand VM principles, ensuring the store adheres to the “Model Store Standards.”
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including cash intake, stockroom management, inventory control, and stock-taking. Ensure security measures are in place to minimize stock shortages.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all company Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies are followed. Address any concerns promptly with the Excellence and Compliance teams.
  • Store Maintenance: Oversee in-store duties such as cleaning, pre-opening inspections, and other routine tasks to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of industry experience in retail or fashion, with a focus on customer service and store management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong customer service expertise.
    • Commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales and profitability.
    • Proven selling skills and ability to convert foot traffic into sales.
    • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
    • Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Education: High school certificate or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Data-savvy with a strong understanding of retail metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
